Slow Cooker Recipes in Autumn

The weather is getting colder and it’s time to get back to using the slow cooker. I mostly use it for stews with vegetables and chicken, or to make pulled pork. However, I recently found some recipes for surprising meals to make in a slow cooker.

I like the idea of this fritattata by Kalyn‘s Kitchen made with artichokes and red peppers:

I had no idea that you could bake bread in a slow cooker before reading this:

It’s making me think I should branch out from the usual stews and slow cooked meat joints.
