Zero Waste Week

For zero waste week, I thought I’d revisit one of my earlier recipes for Fruity Almond Bread and Butter Pudding.

I made up this recipe to use some stale almond pastries, but it’s easily adapted to use up dry croissants, raisin bread, or just plain stale bread, as in a traditional bread and butter pudding.

It’s an easy, tasty family recipe which saves on food waste 😀
