Peruvian Spiced No Cheese Pizza
This is another easy midweek dinner. My daughter usually helps me make these pizzas, adding mozarella cheese to hers. The pizzas are easily made vegan by adding only plant based toppings and making sure the pizza base is vegan suitable.
Ready made pizza base (dairy free)
1 tbsp tomato purée
2 tsps dried orégano
2 tsps sal de condimento tallarín receta italiano (or substitute for smoked paprika and a little coarse salt)
4 slices of salami (quartered) , 8 sliced mushrooms, 20 black olives, 1/4 sliced red pepper
Preheat the over to 180C. Roll out the pizza base nice and thin, and place it on a baking tray. I cut the base into two to make two individual sized pizzas. Spread the tomato purée over the base and sprinkle over the dried orégano and sal de condimento / paprika. Place the toppings on, leaving a 1cm crust around the edges. Bake in the over for around 15 minutes.
