Very Easy Dairy Free Smoked Salmon Tagliatelle
This pasta dish is extremely easy and quick to make, and only uses one pot, making it an ideal week day dinner. It’s also a dairy free dish, but if you wanted to use dairy, you could substitute the soya cream for single cream or cream cheese.
3 tagliatelle nests per person
1 packet of smoked salmon
1 cup of frozen peas
1 cup of frozen green beans
1 carton of Alpro soya milk
Put the tagliatelle nests in boiling water. After about 5 minutes, add the frozen vegetables and wait until the water comes back to boiling,then slightly reduce the heat.
Cook for around 5 minutes longer, and test the pasta’s texture. If it’s ready, switch off the heat, drain and then return to set it on top of the cooling hob.
Add the chopped up smoked salmon and stir through. Slowly add the soya cream and stir through.
Serve immediately. I like this pasta dish with a little pepper on top. I usually serve it with garlic bread, crisp salad, and ají (chilli sauce) on the side.
